About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations on a remote, part-time basis (20–30 flexible hours per week). This role is ideal for school leavers or early-career individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in administration, digital operations, and online business support within a tech-focused environment. You will work closely with the CEO, supporting internal operations while developing practical skills that form a strong foundation for a future career in IT, business consulting, or digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and responding to emails and customer enquiries
- Managing and supporting social media accounts to drive engagement
- Assisting with e-commerce and digital admin tasks
- Supporting general administrative activities and record-keeping
- Using digital tools to organise tasks, communications, and workflows
Candidate Characteristics
We are looking for someone who:
- Is aged 18–25, preferably a school leaver or early-career starter
- Has a strong interest in technology, business, and digital services
- Is confident with social media platforms and online communication
- Is organised, reliable, and eager to learn new tools
- Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a desire for career growth
- Can work independently in a remote environment
